Event Participation & Liability Waiver

By purchasing registration, attending, entering, participating in, competing in, vending at, or being present at Northwest Showdown, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that motorsports and outdoor events are inherently dangerous. Activities include truck and tractor pulls, dirt drag racing, truck show & shine, vendor operations, and spectator attendance. Risks include vehicle accidents, flying debris, fire hazards, slips, injury, disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless: Northwest Showdown, Beemer Accessories and Glass, Be Better By Beemer, Raise Hell Roll Coal, Austin Ferbert, Gary Shipps, and all promoters, sponsors, staff, vendors, landowners, and participants from any claims for injury, illness, property damage, theft, or death arising from the event, including negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Vehicle & Property Responsibility

I am solely responsible for my vehicle(s), equipment, merchandise, and personal belongings. The event is not responsible for theft, damage, weather, or loss.

4. Conduct

Unsafe or reckless behavior may result in removal without refund. Staff may deny participation for safety reasons.

5. Medical Authorization

I authorize emergency medical treatment if needed and accept responsibility for costs.

6. Media Release

I grant permission for photos/video of me or my vehicle to be used for marketing and promotion without compensation.

7. No Refund Policy

All registrations and vendor fees are non-refundable.

8. Agreement

By registering for or attending Northwest Showdown, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this waiver, and that it is binding on you and your representatives.
